These tasks can move work from one person to another rather than simply remove it. Include the person who will load, prepare or store the chair in the comparison.
Compare actual states: occupied and ready for use, prepared for unoccupied transport, and stored between trips. The consequences differ between an occasional spare chair and someone's only means of reaching daily activities. A comparison visit should examine both tasks with the people involved, using the proposed equipment rather than a convenient substitute configuration.
The decision may favour one chair, a different transport arrangement or further assessment of the unresolved task. That is more informative than naming a universal category champion. Choose the wheelchair whose demonstrated routine, necessary equipment and support arrangements best match the person's priorities, with the remaining limitations understood rather than hidden inside a score.
